Astronomer CEO Andy Byron’s Wife Drops His Surname After Viral Coldplay Moment With HR Head
After Bryon was seen cuddling his HR head, Kristin Cabot, at a Coldplay concert, netizens noticed that his wife Megan had dropped her married name from her Facebook profile.
Megan Kerrigan, the wife of Astronomer CEO Andy Bryon, has dropped his surname from her Facebook profile following public outrage after her husband was seen sharing an intimate moment with his firm’s HR head, Kristin Cabot, at a Coldplay concert.
Bryon was seen cuddling Cabot at a Coldplay concert when the kiss cam zoomed in on them. Once the duo realised they were on camera, prompting a mortified Cabot to bury her face in her hands while Bryon ducked out of view.

An X user revealed online that Megan, Andy Bryon’s wife and the mother of two children, had dropped her husband’s surname from her Facebook profile as netizens came to her support in overwhelming numbers after the scandal.
“Andy Byron‘s wife has now dropped her married name on Facebook and left comments open on her Facebook! What a class act! Go Megan. Get that divorce lawyer and get the money," wrote the user called Mrs SpaceX.

Kerrigan deleted her Facebook page on Thursday but screenshots show she removed her married name — Byron— from it earlier in the day. She also deleted her Instagram account.

Who Is Megan Kerrigan?
Megan Kerrigan Byron is an accomplished educator based in Massachusetts who currently serves as Associate Director of the Lower School and Admissions for the Hope Graham Program at the Bancroft School in Worcester.
After the kiss cam controversy, many netizens have flooded her posts with messages of support, particularly those featuring her children and family. “Am genuinely sad for Meg Kerrigan and the Byron sons. They didn’t deserve this, and I hope they recover quickly and fully from the inevitable hurt Andy Byron has caused them," said one user.
